အမေရိကန်တက္ကသိုလ် Rochester Institute of Technology နှင့် Strategy First International College တို့အကြား Circular Economy ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာပြန့်ပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု သဘောတူစာချုပ် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုး

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT, USA) နဲ့ Strategy First International College တို့အကြား Circular Economy ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာပြန့်ပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု သဘောတူစာချုပ်ကို စက်တင်ဘာလ (၆) ရက်နေ့က Indonesia နိုင်ငံ Jakarta မြို့တွင်ကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ “The Symposium on Accelerating Science, Technology and Circular Innovation in Southeast Asia” တွေ့ဆုံပွဲမှာ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ အဆိုပါလက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးပွဲကို     Strategy First International College ရဲ့ Founder/President ဦးအောင်ချစ်ခင်၊ Vice President (Administration) ဦးအောင်ကျော်‌ဌေးနဲ့အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး RIT မှလည်း Chair, Faculty Senate of Faculty Senate Executive Committee, Prof Clyde Eirikur Hull (Department of Management, Saunders College of Business) နဲ့ တခြားတာဝန်ရှိသူများ အားလုံးတက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

    Strategy First International College မှာ Rochester Institute of Technology မှ Circular Economy, Entrepreneurship, Management နဲ့ Business Administration ပညာရပ်သင်ရိုးများကို ပူးတွဲကာ မကြာမီ ဖွင့်လှစ်တော့မှာဖြစ်ပြီး အသေးစိတ်ကို ထပ်မံကြေညာပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) ဟာ U.S. News & World Report, 2024 ရဲ့  “National Universities” Ranking မှာ 98th ၊ New York Times College-Access Index ရဲ့ Top U.S. Colleges With The Greatest Economic Diversity Ranking မှာ 43rd နဲ့ Sustainability and Green Initiatives လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တွေကြောင့်လည်း Princeton Review, 2023 ရဲ့  “Among the Top 50 Green Colleges” Ranking မှာ 44th ရရှိကာ ကမ္ဘာ့ထိပ်တန်းဝင်အဖြစ် ရပ်တည်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ အဆိုပွဲမှာ RIT ရဲ့ Chair, Faculty Senate of Faculty Senate Executive Committee, Prof Clyde Eirikur Hull မှ Strategy First နှင့် Circular Economy နဲ့ Green Technology နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာပညာရပ်များကို ပူးတွဲဖွင့်လှစ်လိုကြောင်း၊ Student and Faculty Exchange Programme များ ပူးပေါင်းပြုလုပ်နိုင်ကြောင်းကိုလည်း အကြံပြုဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) ဟာ 1829 ခုနှစ်မှာ တည်ထောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ Rochester Athenaeum နဲ့ 1885 ခုနှစ်မှာ တည်ထောင်ခဲ့တဲ့ နည်းပညာလေ့ကျင့်ရေးကျောင်း the Mechanics Institute တို့ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး 1944 ခုနှစ်မှာ စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ RIT ဟာ ကမ္ဘာမှာ Ranking အမြင့်ဆုံး Engineering and Technology University တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး Game Design, Photography နဲ့ Sustainability Programmes များမှာ ကမ္ဘာ့ထိပ်တန်း Programme များအဖြစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုခြင်းကို လက်ခံရရှိထားပါတယ်။
