Academic Governance and Quality Assurance

At Strategy First, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic governance and quality assurance. Our academic governance structure is designed to ensure that all of our programs are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our students and the wider community.

Our academic governance structure includes a University Council, which are responsible for overseeing the overall academic direction of the institution. The University Council is composed of distinguished academics, business leaders, and professionals who bring a wealth of expertise and experience to their roles.

We also have Academic Boards, which are responsible for ensuring that our programs are of the highest quality and are delivered in a manner that meets the needs of our students. The Academic Board is composed of academic staff members and is responsible for developing and reviewing academic policies and procedures.

Quality assurance is a critical aspect of our academic governance structure. We have a Quality Assurance Committee that is responsible for ensuring that all of our programs meet the highest standards of quality. The Committee is composed of academic staff members, external experts, and student representatives. The Committee regularly reviews our programs and makes recommendations for improvements.
