Mr. Aung Chit Khin is a founder of Strategy First University and the Managing Director of ACK & Co Services Company Limited. He is an Entrepreneur, Marketer and Educator with an active interest in promoting roles and responsibilities of business organizations in Myanmar’s development. He got a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nottingham.

He also got Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (Dip M & PG Dip M) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He is an alumni of International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). He is also a member of SME Development Agency under Ministry of Industry as well as an executive committee member of Myanmar Young Entrepreneur Association.

Dr. U Sein Min
Academic Director

Dr. U Sein Min is the Academic Director of Strategy First University. He served senior positions, including the Associate Professor of Economics Department of Yangon University of Distance Education. He was also appointed as a visiting lecturer of Singaporean Private Business Schools, from 2001 to 2015.

He received his Bachelor degree of Commerce at Yangon Institute of Economics in November 1977 and his Master degree of Commerce from the same institute in 1983. He was a scholar of DAAD in West Germany from 1986 to 1991 reading for the Ph. D in Marketing at the Passau University.

Currently he is teaching marketing and business related subjects and undertaking research projects in business fields at Strategy First University.

Dean, School of Engineering

Dr. Daw Nilar Win has served as Dean for School of Engineering at Strategy First University since 2017. She attended Rangoon Institute of Technology for her Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. She then received scholarship from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium. After completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Hydro power at the Free University of Brussels in 1988, she was offered a scholarship for Ph.D by the same university.

In 1994, when she received her Ph. D, she came back to Yangon and worked as a lecturer at Rangoon Institute of Technology (RIT) until 1999.

Between 2000 and 2017, she worked for INTI International University and University of Nottingham in Malaysia by taking teaching, researching and managing positions, including as an internal assessor, researcher and head of discipline.

She is now actively taking her roles at Strategy First University and helping learners from Engineering industry.
